“Like so many people, I have a hectic life, work, family, responsibilities and half-finished plans.

The ‘just five minutes a day’ element was what appealed. I’d started plenty of programmes before, only to lose momentum because they simply asked for too much.

I’m pleased to say I’ve only missed one day in six weeks. Around the three-week mark I realised I was somehow sharper. Not so much that I immediately connected it to Clarity Cycle—but looking back, I’m convinced that’s where the change came from.

It compounds. It’s subtle. It’s effective.

I’d recommend Clarity Cycle to anyone with a busy life and a fast-moving mind who wants to think more clearly without adding another burden to their day.

I built Clarity Cycle because I wanted to know whether a very small daily practice could genuinely change the way we think.

Nearly five months later, the biggest surprise is how much it has changed me.

I notice distraction earlier. I make decisions more cleanly. I catch reactions before they become actions. I deliberately create periods of uninterrupted concentration now, rather than hoping focus will happen.

The Health cycle produced something I hadn’t expected. Paying closer attention to energy, movement, sleep, food and recovery made me realise I was missing something from my martial arts practice: slow, deliberate movement.

I’ve practised martial arts for most of my life, but I’d drifted away from the Tai Chi-style work I once used to calm the body after full-contact training. So I started doing it again.

Clarity Cycle didn’t tell me to exercise more. It helped me notice something that had quietly disappeared.

It doesn’t tell me what to think or how to live. It helps me notice enough to choose for myself.

Five minutes sounds almost ridiculously small. But it works.
